Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, LASHD do not accept returns unless they are unopened and in the original condition with packaging & seals and are returned within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer a free returns service, therefore, the buyer would be responsible for this. LASHD recommend using a tracked service to ensure this can be traced.  

To request a return, you can email info@lashd.org. If the return is accepted, you will be given a reference number and further instructions, dependent on your location.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if this is unopened) and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

Refunds

LASHD will notify you once we have received and inspected your return item. If approved, you will be refunded using your original payment method, shipping is not refunded. It can take up to 48 hours to process the refund (if this is approved) and it can take further time for your bank or credit card company to process the funds.
